Anxiety and Panic Attacks – Cause and Remedy
Anxiety and Panic Attacks can be related to the mental disorder directly or indirectly. Anxiety is the root cause of causing problems which might lead to the panic attacks. The work pressure, job expectations and changing life styles can create the anxiety related issues. Being anxious is a natural tendency of a human being but when it becomes associated with one’s personality and affects the normal routine and working habits then it could be because of the fact that anxiety has become a mental problem with the person and it should be treated properly.

The traditional methods to cure panic attacks include using anti-depressants, counseling and using psychedelic drugs in case of serious and troubled patients.
