Panic Attack Symptoms that can be coped with.
Panic attack symptoms can range from a different assortment of issues like: rapid heartbeat, adverse physical dysfunction (like vomiting or diarrhea), dizziness, confusion, feelings of impending doom, nervousness, and many more. Symptoms for anxiety disorders can be different for whoever you are speaking with; for as many people there are with anxiety disorders and panic attacks, there are symptoms.
The difference between anxiety disorders and panic attacks are some key elements; with anxiety, you can have the symptoms as stated above but they only reach a certain degree of intensity. With panic attacks, the anxiety has skyrocketed and become pure panic and feelings of everyone being out to get you, or that you are going to die, to feeling as though you need to go to the Emergency Room because you cannot breathe…..
Coping with panic/anxiety are quite simple. You should first try to handle them through self help techniques, like breathing exercises, or finding a hobby to relieve stress, or even taking a nap (if possible). At times though anxiety and panic attacks are beyond the deep breathing and hobby hovering and you need to be seen by your local physician, where they can recommend what can be done; whether it may be prescription medications or even cognitive therapy to face the triggers that alarm you.
