Whatever gets your heart rate going for a half hour or longer can facilitate the body’s ability to handle stress, minimizing the odds of a panic attack. The body needs physical exercise to benefit every organ in the body and promote circulation. Exercises can be as simple as brisk walking, gardening or even walking the dog around the block.

-Let Go

Take a deep breath, remember let go of the issue. The process of yoga dictates that we breathe from the abdomen, and thus, our oxygen intake is deeper. The importance of deep respiration may not be overemphasized. Is is able to provide relief of contaminants in the bodily system, thus contributing to wellness and vigor.
