			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Panic attacks have been the subject of controversy among researchers in neuroscience and medical fields for a long time.  Are they purely attributable to psychological causes, and thus can be cured easily with talk therapy, or do they have underlying physiological causes in the brain?  A group of scientists at the National Institutes of Mental Health may be able to provide some answers to these persistent questions.  They recently examined brains of several sufferers of panic attacks and made some interesting discoveries.  They discovered that these individuals were missing receptors, protein molecules which receive chemical signals in the brain, for the neurotransmitter (chemical signal) serotonin.  Serotonin is a neurotransmitter involved in regulating mood, sleep, and appetite.</p>
<p>It is believed that serotonin normally binds to certain receptors in the brain when individuals are faced with new situations to help regulate their mood.  If these receptors are not present, these individuals react in an anxious way that is typical of a panic attack.  Symptoms include severe tension, tightness, and pain, and sufferers often report feeling near death.  Support for the physiological cause hypothesis is the fact that many anxiolytic drugs make active the receptors that are supposed to absorb serotonin.  Further tests must be done to verify to what extent this is actually the cause for this condition.</p>

Panic attacks are those which is often felt for most of the people nowadays, because of the growing population and the competitive environment prevailing in and around ourself and the suroundings.Have you ever tried to figure out do we have this Panic Disorder within us?                      we can also overcome this panic attacks by taking some necessary steps,some people may think that by medication we may avoid this panic attacks but it is not as much true not only by medication we cannot overcome this panic attacks.there are many additional methods avaliable to overcome this panic attacks some people take some pills to overcome these panic attacks.even though if we take many steps to overcome these panic attacks the one and only way to overcome this panic attacks are we should not think of it whether it will come another time are not first this should be avoided.the panic treatments are many but we want to select some good treatment and we want to follow it.we can also consult some good  physicians regarding these panic attacks.<br />

The society is mixture of good and bad things. By feeding good things alone will not make a child to grow up in a good manner. It has to face the society and prove its individuality in the society without the help of parents in future. For this scenario, we have to bring the child how to face the panic attacks on them. In particular, each and every woman has to know few self protection actions to save them from illegal people. The attackers believe that women won’t have much courageous as men. But if women are ready to show a little courageous to the attackers, they will run off from the place and they never come again. In this way, we can eliminate terrorism also from our country. Panic attacks are only for the people with fear. All of us are having enough strength. The only thing is that we have to use it. A little bit courageous will keep a lot of dangers away from us.</p>
