Further tests must be done to verify to what extent this is actually the cause for this condition.

I myself was a panic disorder sufferer , and on occasion , still am . But I have found natural ways to relieve this disorder without the need for any type of counseling or any type of medication . This type of disorder can be very scary if youve never been through it before but will great will power , can be over come for most of the people who have it . The natural ways I used to over come panic disorder was too notice when I felt an attack coming on , and when I did I found ways to calm myself down which dimished the panic part of the disorder and they slowly went away since it had nothing to feed on . I keep telling myself I was not going to let it happen , even after only having a few panic attacks , one of which put me in an ambulance and on route to the hospital , and I didnt .
There are alot of natural ways you can beat panic disorder , like drinking certain types or herbal tea , and even though it wasnt right for me and my situation , counseling can and does help . If you think that you might have panic disorder or arent sure you should definitly scheldule an appointment with your regular doctor as this type of disorder often gets overlooked , just as mine did . Once you understand the signs and symptoms to watch out for , it will help you beat this disorder in no time at all .
